The Erasmus+ Programme is available to students from our partner universities according to individual bilateral agreements between our institutions.
Deadlines:
- To apply for Winter semester 2025/26: from 06 March 2025 to 31 May 2025
- To apply for Summer semester 2025/26: from 03 October 2025 to 30 November 2025
Both nomination and application process are on-line through the Akademus system.
1 step – students have to first register (create an account) in our system Akademus (please see the guidelines) using this link: https://akademus.asp.waw.pl/pbl/wymiana/rejestracja/
2 step – the coordinator at student’s Home Institution has to approve – nominate the students in the Akademus system (please see the guidelines). Here is the link to access the Akademus system to nominate the students: https://akademus.asp.waw.pl/login/
3 step – students can complete/finish their applications and upload the necessary materials (Portfolio, CV, Motivation Letter and Student ID Photo).

Please note:
- We do not offer free art materials to students.
- Fashion Design students should apply in the winter semester.
